Agent Applicaiton

We are always looking to staff our operation with the most elite team of dedicated professionals we can find. We are all part of the same team. No one is above another, we are all equal.

Before you ask or fill out an online application, here are some things you may wish to consider first.

Minimum requirements:

•     High school graduate or G.E.D. (General Education Development) equivalent
•     4 years experience in law enforcement or military or a criminal justice program.
•     Must have passed Colorado's state requirements for Bail Bond Recovery (certificate).    Pursuant to  C.R.S. §12-7-105.5(1)(b)
•     Must not have been convicted, plead guilty, or nolo contendere, to a Federal or State felony in the last 15 years (nationwide). Pursuant to C.R.S. §12-7-105.5(3)

•     Must be able to pass a physical requirements test (Mandatory)
•     Must submit and pass a drug test. (Mandatory)
•     Must pass a Colorado Bureau of Investigations background check. Pursuant to §12-7-105.5(4)(a) C.R.S.
•     Must be a Colorado resident and 18 years of age or older
•     Must have a valid Colorado Driver's license

Optional requirements:

•     C.C.W  (Conceal carry weapons) permit
•     Martial arts training
•     C.P.R. (Cardio pulmonary resuscitation) certificate

What we are looking for are mature, responsible and extremely proficient individuals that can follow orders to the letter, as well as the law.

Each team member's identity is to be kept in the strictest confidentiality. Anonymity of all agents is a must. We do not divulge any members identity, last name, social security number, address, phone numbers or family member names to ANYONE (except law enforcement or by a court order).

All currently active operations are considered confidential and held to a top secret status (those that have a NEED to know basis only). Once an operation has concluded, no active agent may use any photos, story lines, interviews, conversations, names of subjects (presumed innocent until proven guilty), relative's names, addresses, or phone numbers; family member's name, addresses, or phone numbers; any associates, video, audio or by any other means to use for the purpose of monetary gain.

This means no film rights, no book rights, no electronic postings, no letters, or any other type of print, electronic, advertisement, promotional, audio, or visual mediums.

Well, you must be saying to yourself right about now. Man this sounds like the military covert top secret squad, run by an over attentive, micro managing, and anal retentive draconian dictator. The answer is always, "YES" and your point?

All agents must and will comply or don't apply.

The reason for such a high standard for integrity is our teams safety, survival and success. We all have to be able to trust each other and watch the other agent's back. We must be willing to always jump in and help assist the other, no questions asked.

Bottom line is I would rather be judged by 12, then carried by 6. I want to have the deciding option of being able to return home safely to my family each night with a clear conscience.
