     No more Bail Recovery FEES

You heard correctly, NO MORE RECOVERY FEES. If you ever thought that you would never have to pay for a fugitive to be hunted down and re-captured, now is the day you have long waited for.

So, how does this work? We charge and bill your co-signer(s) (indemnitor(s)) directly, not you. Once we have issued an invoice for services rendered to the co-signer; payment is due 15 days net .

If we don't receive payment in that time frame, then we will execute the recovery of the collateral posted with the bondsman for the outstanding fees on that respective bond(s). If there is no collateral, then we will issue suit against the co-signer's for payment.

If you operate or own your own bail bonding company and just don't have the time to chase your fugitive or just have one that might be to hard to get....then you need THE Headhunter.

Required per case submitted:

•  Copy of Bond Revocation or                                   
•  Copy of Bond forfeiture
•  Arrest Warrant and mug shot
•  Copy of defendant application
•  Bond amount and Court of jurisdiction (filled in).
•  Signed contract for each bond presented for capture or arrest.

Your expected return:

• NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES FOR SERVICES
• Signed body receipt or bond release or death certificate
• Motion filled out for you to file for exoneration (optional)
• Invoice for services for your co-signer

The Headhunter has over 15 years of experienced training and in field applications of camouflage, concealment, reconnaissance, capture and arrest techniques, stalking, tracking, and skip-tracing skills.

The Headhunter's background can be summed up as follows:   

•     Cub scout
•     Boy scout
•     Naval ROTC
•     US Army (airborne ranger special forces)
•     Legal skills and law enforcement techniques
•     Avid outdoors man, expert tracking and stalking skills
•     15 years at Service of Process

Trained in martial arts, camouflage, concealment, hand to hand, close quarter contact, gorilla warfare, urban assault, expert marksman in pistol, rifle, shotgun, bazooka, grenade and grenade launcher, machine gun and sniper.

We supply our own team and equipment. No agent is armed with any type of lethal weapons. We do use all manner of surveillance equipment (audio, video, infra-red, night vision, digital video binoculars, digital photography, heat sensor, etc.)

Our agents are also equipped with the most up to date in non-lethal equipment (body armor, baton, bean bag shot-gun, pepper ball gun, plastic bullets, pepper spray (foam), high intensity strobe, electric stun gun, etc.) Or any other optional equipment in our arsenal to safely secure subject.

All agents are trained and certified CPR and CCW. All agents are also required to train and maintain physical fitness and martial arts self defense training.

All e-bail recovery agents are certified pursuant to C.R.S. § 12-7-105.5(1)(c) and the whole of C.R.S. § 12-7-105.5 as required by Colorado State Laws. All employed agents have a certificate on file in our office along with a copy of their CBI background check.

We will only use the appropriate amount of force necessary to capture and restrain the individual in order to place them back into custody (arrest) and then safely and expeditiously transport them back to the appropriate jail.

We either obtain a body receipt or bond release upon delivery of subject back into law enforcements care, custody and control.

At your request upon surrender of subject we will file additional charges on Escape and Offenses Relating to Custody pursuant to C.R.S. § 18-8-212(1) Violation of Bail Bond Conditions, a class 6 felony or C.R.S. § 18-8-102(2) Violation of Bail Bond Conditions, a class 3 misdemeanor if applicable.
