Nab'em

e-Bail Bonds has introduced what we call NAB 'EM ®. It stands for Nationwide Apprehension Bulletins - Emergency Most-wanted. It is basically the same format as in the NCIC (National Crime Information Center).

Key Benefits

  •     More nationwide exposure to apprehend a subject.
  •     Freely shared public information.
  •     Most Bondsmen and Bounty hunters do not have immediate access to NCIC if at all.
  •     This is a cheap, more efficient, and better alternative.

We all can collectively help one another in this industry. Bottom line no one (bondsman) wants to be out their bond.

We have developed this site so that anyone can go online and view a Bondsman's most wanted (by county) in the state of Colorado.

This is a free public service.

Any Bail recovery agent can also go online and view and even print the most "Wanted" poster. It is up to the Bail recovery agent to notify and contact the respective Bondsman to that wanted poster and from there negotiate price and/or contract between the two.

NOTE: Under no circumstance is the general public (private citizen) to attempt to capture and/or arrest anyone that is listed on or through the NAB 'EM ® site. You could be facing criminal and/or civil charges.

U.S. Supreme Court 1873, Taylor v. Taintor, 16 Wall. 366.
In 1873, the U.S. Supreme Court Case "Taylor vs. Taintor" gave bail enforcement agents nearly limitless power and authority when hunting down a subject. This means that a bounty hunter may enter their premise if needed to capture their wanted fugitive, whether it be on behalf of a financial institution, company or government authority.

When bail is given, the principal is regarded as delivered to the care, custody, and control of his sureties. Their dominion is a continuance of the original imprisonment. Whenever they choose to do so, they may seize him and deliver him up in their discharge; and if that cannot be done at once, they may imprison him until it can be done. They may exercise their rights in person or through an agent. They may pursue him into another State; may arrest him on the Sabbath; and if necessary, may break and enter into his house for that purpose. The seizure is not made by virtue of new process. None is needed. It is likened to the re-arrest by the sheriff of an escaping prisoner.

WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CAPTURE FUGITIVES

DO NOT ATTEMPT  to try and apprehend any of the fugitives at any of the above links for any reason . This is for trained and qualified professionals only and you will violate current laws and statutes if attempted and you may be subject to arrest by law enforcement.

If you have any information or know the whereabouts of a fugitive call immediately e-bailbonds at 303-350-6351 you may be entitled to a reward. You can also remain anonymous (your information will never be divulged to anyone) any and all information will be guarded as confidential.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 18-8-105 Accessory to crime. If you know the whereabouts, render assistance, harbor or conceal or aid in providing money, transportation, weapon or disguise or any other thing to be used in avoiding discovery or apprehension, intimidate, deceive, or obstruct anyone in the performance of any act which might aid in the apprehension. You may be charged with a class 4 felony.

This is a venue in which the general public, law enforcement and even bondsmen and bounty hunters can safely share information about a "Wanted" subject. All information will be provided securely to the corresponding posting bondsman.

Every most "Wanted"  poster subject is an escaped fugitive of justiceand isto be considered armed and dangerous and left up to the licensed, certified, and trained professionals only (law enforcement, bondsman, or bounty hunter) pursuant to any contracts and ALL states laws. Extreme caution and personal safety measures are recommended.

This is merely a medium for the general public to help assist in the subject's capture. Rewards may be offered by the bondsmen (optional) and their contact information will be listed with each "Wanted" poster.
